App runs VERY slow since the last update. And being forced to enter a password every time you use it is ridiculous. No useful new features, just frustration. Sometimes change just for change's sake is not a good thing.

Was working for a little bit after the last update, but no longer works again. They never answer when you email them either.

The app has went downhill dramatically in the last 2 years. Now it won't even allow me to save my log in.

Update screwed up the app. Won't log in unless you go to manage passwords. Copy. Go back to app and paste. Otherwise it just cycles but won't open. Big waste. Another thing that was ok until they fixed it

has nice features but its so slow logging in and then so slow doing the command you ask like locking or unlocking the car. its faster running outside and starting it and asking it to do it for you in the app. lame. was hoping for faster better service.

app used to work good when it was just a pin# , now it hardly ever works , long sign in time , gets stuck sending , seems since updating truck , 70k+ on a truck . so frustrating
